What is it like to be a 21st century teen?

Being a 21st century teenager is fun and I get to do a lot of things compare to the 80's which means my parents time when they are teenagers. Now as a 21st century teen, we have more technology. We can communicate by mobile phone, computers, or even i pod touch. During those times, they have to go to their friends house if they want to communicate.

Other than the communication and the technology, is the number of people. Of course its true that the future will have more people so that means more friends and more enemies. If you want to compare the past and now, I think the 21st century is better. If you were in the past you can only go to around the neighborhood you are living in. So that means same friends and same enemy for quite a long period of time. As for now, you get to travel overseas and get more friends easily. And that for some reason will make you think being a 21st century teen makes you feel better.

Some 21st century teen are addicted to computer games and like to do illegal stuff like trading drugs and smoking. They do this to make them look cool. This is because if you want to get fame, you have to be cool and get everyone in that area to like you as the best. So that why people in the 21st century are so bad and willing to get power all for themselves. For those who aren't greedy for power, will usually run away and get as much help as possible. Even their studies are bad because of their bad habits. People often like to go into gang fights especially when they are around age sixteen to eighteen. And these bad habits will affect their future as a 21st century teenager.

So overall I am saying that all this is what is like to be a 21st century teen and I am enjoying it except the homeworks and teachers lecturing. It's a tough life but I need to live on as a 21st century teen.
